Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
Please contact us before sending anything back. Include your order number and let us know which item you would like to return. We will reply with return instructions.
Returned items should be new, unused, unopened, and in resellable condition.
We will pay the return shipping cost if the return is the result of our error, such as an incorrect item or defective item.
If the return is not due to our error, the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
Refund Timing
After we receive your return, we will inspect and process it as quickly as possible.
In most cases, refunds are issued sooner, but please allow up to four weeks from the time you give the package to the return shipper. This includes:
- return transit time to us, usually 5–10 business days
- return processing time after we receive it, usually 3–5 business days
- bank or payment processor time to complete the refund, usually 5–10 business days
