HappyMorph 6 oz moldable thermoplastic pellets
HappyMorph is a lightweight thermoplastic that behaves like clay when warm and becomes a strong plastic when cool.
Instructions:
1. Heat water to approximately 150 F (65 C). Water can be heated on a stovetop or in a microwave. The pellets may also be heated with hot air from a heat gun or oven, provided they reach the same activation temperature.
2. Pour the pellets into the hot water. More pellets can be added later if needed.
3. Wait about two minutes, or until the white pellets turn clear and stick together.
4. Remove the softened plastic with tongs or another tool, not bare hands, and drain any trapped water.
5. Once cool enough to handle safely, shape it by hand, with tools, or in a mold.
6. Let the finished shape cool to room temperature. Ice water can speed the setting process. Once fully cooled, the material becomes solid and strong again.
